Initial consultation - FREE: Meet with trainer to discuss fitness goals and health history.

Fitness assessment/Body composition - $30:  Information collected from assessment will give you a baseline measurement of current aerobic capacity, strength, and flexibility.  Body composition may include girth and/or skinfold measurements.

Quick start session - $60:  90 minute session which consists of a 30 minute client interview with trainer to discuss and create training routine followed by a 60 minute workout.

1 hour personal training session: $45

1/2 hour personal training session: $25

Package deal:  5 session commitment.  Five - 1 hour personal training sessions $175

Group/Buddy rate: 1 hour session $30 per person
