Meet Your Personal Trainer

Tracey Brooks is a Virginia native who earned her certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  In addition, she was a proud member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  Tracey is also a certified group exercise instructor through the YMCA of America and AFAA and Mat Pilates instructor (IFTA).  She teaches a variety of group exercise classes.  These include Spin, Body Pump, Step, TRX Group Suspension, Kettle Bell, Hi/Lo Aerobics,Boot Camp, Kid Fitness, Zumba and Zumba Gold.  Tracey is a great motivator and exudes a high level of energy to help you achieve your fitness goals.
